With a range of Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum Support levels to choose from, the client chooses the level of service that can appropriately support the business.

Break Fix
At the core of Damovo Care is a single contract to ensure the support you need to maintain your communications infrastructure and provide maximum availability for all your equipment. In the event equipment fails of malfunctions, simply call our Customer Response Centre and we will fix it according to the service level you choose.

Our staff consists of professionally trained service technicians with certification in the various technologies we support. Our technicians will make every effort to resolve an equipment failure including any required coordination with the manufacturer.

In order to maximise service levels and minimise the interruption to service, we aim to complete the largest part of our services remotely with minimal on-site intervention.

Ad hoc Request for Service
Within the business there are requirements for Moves, Adds and Changes to configuration, or other once-off requests for service. Our Customer Response Centre is happy to arrange these Service Requests on an ad hoc basis as the need arises. Service Calls such as these may be pre-purchased and drawn down offer the course of the service contract, or a ‘pay-as-you-go ‘ service is also supported.
