We offer proof of concept, pre-delivery inspection and testing to ensure that it is rolled out successfully.

Our methodology comprises three phases: Pre-implementation, On-site implementation and Post-implementation.

Pre-implementation: Prior to delivery, we carry out a site survey to help mitigate risk by identifying and rectifying problems.

On-site implementation: Our service includes full documentation of the installation.

Post-implementation: This phase depends on the required level of support, which can range from minor software corrections and remote Moves, Adds, and Changes (MACs) to a fully bespoke client education programme.

Our proven project management expertise is based on the PRINCE methodology, ensuring objectives are achieved on time and to the specified cost, quality and performance criteria.
