Damovo Ireland Appoints Mary Bradshaw as Managing Director

Mary's primary responsibility will be to drive business growth for Damovo Ireland and to build on its success in the enterprise ICT sector.

Damovo Ireland, the business communications provider, today announced the appointment of Mary Bradshaw as its new managing director.  Her primary responsibility will be to drive business growth for Damovo Ireland and to build on its success in the enterprise ICT sector.  Mary will also work closely with the senior management team across the Damovo Group to define and develop business strategies, and will oversee their implementation in Ireland. 

With more than 25 years experience working in senior business and HR management roles, Mary has gained a deep understanding of managing and motivating people to perform to the best of their ability.  She also has a strong commercial focus and understands the importance of delivering the highest levels of service in today's customer-centric business environment.

Mary's appointment follows two years as Group HR director at Damovo.  This role involved Mary leading the HR function for Damovo's ten regional businesses across Europe, Latin America and North Africa.  She also performed the dual role of unified communications strategy director. Prior to this, Mary was head of human resources for Damovo's Irish business for four years.  Before joining Damovo in 2004, Mary spent more than twenty years at Aer Lingus, where she held a wide variety of management positions in operations, line management and central human resources.

Mary has a MBA from Henley Management College and is a CIPD chartered member.
